Conferencing in the Desert

I spent last week in Phoenix for the Pediatric Surgical Nursing Association conference.. It was suuuper hot- dry heat, my ass- but a nice few days on my own. My presentation went well and I was able to get a little time out by the pool to do some reading and just have a little quiet time which is sort of a novelty these days. There were also some delicious margs and amazing guac, and I was able to see Hunt's aunt and uncle for a fun dinner.
